Abstract: PT. Indonesian logistics posts have cooperation in the postal network field, namely sending goods or shipments at a certain time, amount from one point to another accordance with warrant partner. Components of include Manpower, vehicles, operational control, and costs. This study aims examine problems roots that cause risk potential for components, especially manpower component (driver), know how high impact risk. The research method used this is qualitative semi-quantitative methods by conducting case studies. Data collection was carried out interview/FGD, distribution questionnaires. results showed very levels. will provide recommendations (driver) form mitigation can be companies managing on networks, (driver). Abstrak: Pos Logistik Indonesia memiliki kerjasama dalam bidang Jaringan Postal, yaitu mengirimkan barang atau kiriman pada waktu tertentu, jumlah tertentu dari satu titik ke lain sesuai dengan surat perintah mitra. Komponen jaringan Postal meliputi: Man Power, Kendaraan, Pengendalian Operasional dan Biaya Operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji permasalahan akar masalah yang menimbulkan potensi kejadian risiko komponen khususnya mengetahui seberapa tinggi dampak risikonya. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah metode kualitatif semi kuantitatif melakukan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan cara wawancara/FGD, penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil menunjukan bahwa berada level high. akan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap berupa mitigasi dapat perusahaan pengelolaan operasional Kata kunci: postal; risiko; operasional.
